Overview
Upload multiple attendees from a .CSV or Excel file to add their record to the attendee database. The site provides an easy to follow wizard to format the file and match the fields to the database. Any errors in the upload are displayed in a file so they can be corrected and re-uploaded.

Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Step 1 - Log into the site
Find the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner of the site’s homepage or login directly from the site’s login screen.
Step 2 - Go to your dashboard
If you are not taken to your dashboard after logging in, click your name and then "My Dashboard" in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
Step 3 - Go to "Add & Manage"
From the dashboard, select "Attendees" or "Members” from the left-hand side menu, and click “Add & Manage”.
Step 4 - Upload the attendee file
Click "Add New" and select "Attendees (or Members) Upload"
Click "Select File" to upload an Excel or CSV file to add multiple attendees.
- Click to select the file from your computer.
- Ensure that the file has a header row that will not be added as an attendee.
- Click to "upload".
Step 5 - Match fields
After the file has been uploaded:
- Match the column titles in the spreadsheet to the optional and required fields by using the drop downs in the "Header" column.
- Once you select the column title, you'll see an example of an individual's information to ensure you've matched your columns correctly.
- Click "Next" after you have matched the required and optional fields.
Step 6 - View errors and import the attendees or members.
The results of your upload will be displayed and show how many attendees or members will be successfully imported and how many individuals had errors and cannot be imported.
- Click "Download" to receive a file of the attendees or members with errors including the reason for each error (example: the email is already used by another individual).
- Select the "Send welcome email" box to automatically send welcome emails to any imported list immediately. Leave this box unchecked to import the list of attendees or members without sending welcome emails.
- Once you've made your selection, click "Save" to import the attendees or members.
