Badge Scan is a feature of an exhibitor booth that allow an individual to click a badge scan graphic, and have their contact information appear in a booth report. A Badge Scan icon can appear at the top of the booth header and on a 2D booth template. Badge Scan submissions will appear in the Forms report.

Step 1 - Log into the site
Find the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner of the site’s homepage or login directly from the site’s login screen.
Step 2 - Go to your dashboard
If you are not taken to your dashboard after logging in, click your name and then "My Dashboard" in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
Step 3 - Navigate to Badge Scan
From the dashboard, select "Catalog Options” from the left-hand side menu, then "Badge Scan".
Step 4 - Turn on and set up Badge Scan
- Turn on Badge Scan to enable it on the site
- Select all or some booths that are enabled for Badge Scan
