How to reset your password

Overview

If you did not receive a welcome email with a password set link or if you have forgotten your password, it's easy to reset it.  Simply find the login button on the site homepage or the login screen and walk through the steps to get a password reset email.

Step by Step Walkthrough

Step 1 - Locate the login screen

Find the “Login” button in the upper left-hand corner of the site and click "Login" or go directly to the login screen.  Click the "Forgot Password" link.

Step 2 - Send a password reset email

To reset your password, enter your email address (the one added during registration) and click "Send Reset Link." The system will send you an email with a link to set your password.

Step 3 - Follow the email instructions to reset your password.

Click the password reset link in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
