Overview
Messaging allows attendees and booth or catalog administrators to use text-based messaging with each other in the platform. If messaging is turned on, attendees can message booth or catalog staff when they are in the booth or catalog and staff can respond. Messages are accessed in the booth or catalog dashboard.

Step by Step Walkthrough
Step 1 - Log into the site
Find the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner of the site’s homepage or login directly from the site’s login screen.
Step 2 - Go to your dashboard
If you are not taken to your dashboard after logging in, click your name and then "My Dashboard" in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
Step 3 - Navigate to Messaging
From the dashboard, select "Messaging" on the left-hand side navigation bar.
Step 4 - View current messages
View previous message threads with attendees or other booth or catalog administrators. Check for any incoming messages from individuals that visited the booth and sent a message.
Step 5 - Message attendees from the Booth or Catalog
Message attendees by using the "Recent Visitors" tool in the booth or catalog header.
- Click the button to view attendees that have recently visited the booth or catalog.
- Select "Message" to send them an instant message.
