Edit Quick Facts

Overview

Quick Facts appear in the information modal in the catalog and in catalog directories.  Edit the fields in Quick Facts.

Note:  Your catalog may not have permissions to edit Quick Facts

  1. Log into the site
  2. Go to your dashboard
  3. Navigate to Setup
  4. Edit Quick Facts

Step by Step Walkthrough

Step 1 - Log into the site

Find the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner of the site’s homepage or login directly from the site’s login screen.

Step 2 - Go to your dashboard

If you are not taken to your dashboard after logging in, click your name and then "My Dashboard" in the upper right-hand corner of the site.

Step 3 - Navigate to Setup

From the dashboard, select "Setup" on the left-hand side navigation bar.

Step 4 - Edit Quick Facts

Next, open the section titled "Quick Facts" and adjust the information as needed. Note, some fields may not appear here or may not be editable if the site administrator has not given permissions.

Step 5 - Save
