Overview
Messaging allows attendees and catalog administrators to use text-based messaging with each other in the platform. If messaging is turned on, attendees can message catalog administrators when they are in the catalog and staff can respond. Messages are accessed in the catalog dashboard.

Step by Step Walkthrough
Step 1 - Log into the site
Find the “Login” button in the upper right-hand corner of the site’s homepage or login directly from the site’s login screen.
Step 2 - Go to your dashboard
If you are not taken to your dashboard after logging in, click your name and then "My Dashboard" in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
Step 3 - Navigate to Messaging
From the dashboard, select "Messaging" on the left-hand side navigation bar.
Step 4 - View current messages
View previous message threads with attendees or other catalog administrators. Check for any incoming messages from individuals that visited the booth and sent a message.
Step 5 - Message attendees from the Catalog
Message attendees by using the "In-Catalog Now" or "In Booth Now" button in the header.
- Click the button to view attendees that are currently visiting the catalog.
- Select "Message" to send them an instant message.
